Customizable Document Manager
The heart of our system is the powerful document manager. We setup each client with all required local and state forms, as well as, any proprietay forms unique to their business. Once a deal has been successfully entered into the system, each closing document is dynamically generated in PDF format for quick printing to your local laser printer. For proprietary multi-part forms (i.e. lender contracts), the system prints to an on-site impact printer.
Inventory Management
Easily manage your inventory from one central location. We also offer complete website integration, which means as soon as a unit is sold, it's automatically removed from your website.
User Manager Console
A designated "admin" has the ability to add and remove users, reset passwords, assign permissions, and more. Unlike other dealer management systems, we can also customize each system for your particular needs.
Web-Based System
We decided early on that a web-based system would be an ideal solution for the market we were targeting. A web-based system means the application is hosted on a secure, off-site web server and is easily accessed from any computer with Internet access. This type of system is much less expensive because it doesn't require any huge upfront hardware. We can also get our clients up and running in record time.
